The theory behind Chinese medicine is that our body's energy flows in channels called meridians. There are 12 main meridians each one is linked to an internal organ. A tongue and pulse diagnosis is performed to determine how Blood and Qi is moving through the body and the state of the internal organs. Based on the tongue and pulse diagnosis an acupuncture point prescription can be determined to balance disharmonies. Acupuncture uses very fine needles to regulate Qi (Yang energy) and Blood (Yin fluids), produced by the internal organs, which flow through the 12 meridians.  Most of the Acupuncture points are found along these meridians. According to TCM theory, all human physical disorders or diseases are related to the dysfunction of Qi and Blood. By inserting acupuncture needles in correct points, Qi and Blood deficiencies are tonified or invigorates stagnation; resulting in improved mental and physical health.  Intuitive Acupuncture does not limit reality to the physical.  Patients are assessed holistically, as a complete integrated energetic being of body, mind, emotion and spirit. Every treatment is unique to address what is coming up for the patient to bring them back into alignment.

Intuitive Acupuncture

Herbology

Chinese Herbal Medicine has been around longer even before acupuncture and a long time before pharmaceuticals have been in use. Herbs are used to heal and balance the human body. Herbology is the preparation and use of plants and minerals as prescription medicine. Chinese herbology is found in many forms, including tincture, powder, pills, teas, oils and creams. These herbs treat disorders and diseases through internal or external absorption. Chinese herbs have different tastes, properties, natures and functions; they enter the 12 meridians. The herbs affect the flow of Qi and Blood, as well as the body’s balance of Yin and Yang.

Nutrition

Chinese Dietary Medicine is a highly effective method of self-treatment handed down in China over thousands of years. the vital connection between food and health. TCM doctors prescribe energetically-balanced diets to treat disharmonies in the Qi, Blood, and organ functions, using the energetic profile of foods. tion is key to self-healing, releasing trauma, gratitude, compassion, connecting to divine heart driven purpose that feeds the soul.

Tuina Massage

Tuina is a form of Asian bodywork. Tuina is a combination of traditional Chinese massage and acupressure that works by applying pressure to acupoints, meridians and groups of muscles or nerves to remove blockages that prevent the natural flow of qi, to treat injuries of tendons, muscles, and organ disorders to restore health and vitality.

Cupping

Cupping is a therapy that is very effective in treating problems concerning local Qi or blood stagnation in the channels. It can be performed as complementary to Acupuncture or Tuina, or as a stand-alone treatment. Cupping is usually performed with round glass cups, but can also be done with plastic or bamboo cups. The oxygen is removed from the cups to create a vacuum before placing them on the patient. Once the cups are placed, they create a suction which in turn encourages the flow of qi and blood so that local stagnation can be cleared. Cupping is helpful in the treatment of pain, stress management, common cold or asthma, gastrointestinal disorders, and more.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy that is meant to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi. Dried plant materials that are referred to as "moxa" is burned very close to the surface of the skin, producing a nice warm sensation. The moxa stick is held over an acupuncture point, ran over a meridian, or placed in a special container that produces heat over a larger area. Moxa treatments are good for many types for pain that is of a "cold" pattern where heat helps relieve pain. Arthritis is a good example of such pain, muscle stiffness is another example. Some Gynecological issues are also better resolved when moxa is added to the treatment. Moxibustion can also be useful in some Digestive issues. The use of moxa can be used in the same treatment with Acupuncture as the therapies can increase each other's effectiveness. The five branches of TCM provide a profound view of the human relationship to nature. This connection to nature helps us tap into our innate healing abilities. Reestablishing this connection is key to self-healing, releasing trauma, gratitude, compassion, connecting to divine heart driven purpose that feeds the soul.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is a centuries old practice. It is a gentle, effective, and safe way to combat the signs of aging and erase years from your face without the risk or downtime of surgery or injections. Acupuncture offers many benefits to those who want to revitalize the look and feel of their skin. It builds collagen, tones muscle, improves circulation, and stimulates blood flow with no risk of scars, infections, rashes, or toxic build-up of chemicals. Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is much more than a cosmetic procedure. Acupuncture changes the energy flow within the body and initiates the process for constitutional rejuvenation. If energy is not flowing freely throughout your body, your organs, muscles and lymphatic system cannot function properly, which can contribute to puffiness, bags and premature aging. Loss of tone and mass causes the sagging, deep wrinkling and tired look associated with aging. Acupuncture stimulates the muscle function, and the face lifts itself via the acupuncture points. Thus, returning the face to a healthier, revitalized, youthful appearance. Hair thin needles are placed in the outside of the ear to induce relaxation, and body points are used which correspond the individual’s specific needs. There is a sense of well-being as a flood of endorphins is released throughout the body. Once you are in a state of deep relaxation, needles are placed on the face in acupuncture points as well as wrinkles. The needles placed in the wrinkles create a micro trauma, which causes collagen to be produced.

Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that involves using a device with fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin's surface. This process stimulates the skin’s natural healing response, promoting collagen and elastin production. The procedure typically begins with the application of a numbing cream to ensure comfort. Then, the microneedling device is gently rolled or pressed over the skin, creating controlled micro-injuries. After the treatment, a soothing serum or mask is and red-light therapy is used to aid in healing and enhance results. The entire procedure usually takes about 60-90 minutes, and most people experience only mild redness and swelling for a few days following the treatment.  It is recommend to do a minimum of 3 treatments 1 once a month.   Microneedling offers a range of benefits for skin health and appearance, making it a popular choice for natural, non-invasive treatments. Key benefits include: 1.     Improved Skin Texture and Tone: Stimulates collagen and elastin production for smoother, firmer skin, reducing fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. 2.     Scar Reduction: Minimizes acne, surgical, and other scars by breaking down old tissue and promoting new cell growth. 3.     Enhanced Skincare Absorption: Creates micro-channels for better absorption of serums and treatments. 4.     Minimized Pores: Reduces pore size by boosting collagen around them. 5.     Increased Collagen Production: Essential for youthful, plump skin, providing long-term anti-aging benefits. 6.     Reduction of Hyperpigmentation: Fades dark spots, sun spots, and promotes a uniform complexion. 7.     Skin Rejuvenation: Revitalizes skin, making it look fresher, younger, and more radiant. 8.     Minimal Downtime: Mild redness and swelling typically subside within a few days. 9.     Versatility: Effective on the face, neck, décolletage, and hands for overall rejuvenation. Microneedling harnesses the skin's natural healing process, offering a comprehensive approach to achieving healthier, more youthful skin.

Nanoneedling is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that rejuvenates the skin by boosting hydration, reducing fine lines, and enhancing texture—all without downtime. Using ultra-fine nano-channels, it allows serums to penetrate deeper, delivering nourishing ingredients exactly where they’re needed. Perfect for those looking for a natural glow-up, nanoneedling leaves your skin radiant, refreshed, and revitalized Microneedling and Nanoneedling both rejuvenate the skin, but they work in slightly different ways. Microneedling uses tiny needles that penetrate the skin to stimulate collagen production, improving texture, reducing scars, and minimizing fine lines for a more dramatic effect. Nanoneedling, on the other hand, uses finer, non-invasive nano-channels that don’t puncture the skin as deeply, making it ideal for delivering hydrating serums and enhancing radiance with no downtime. While microneedling is better for addressing deeper skin concerns, nanoneedling is perfect for those seeking a gentle glow-up
